Programme Details
How does the process work?
- 1Diagnosis Period: one visit per week at your company headquarters, with twelve different experts
- 2A total of 24–26 sessions over six months, each lasting around three hours
- 3Application Period: six months of one-to-one coaching following the interim and final reports
- 4One-to-one coaching on the areas identified in the report
Where needed, Organisational Coaching is also offered, conducted not only with executives but together with all employees of the company.
